Sabita Dangol

Visual Artist

Inspired by the mesmerizing patterns of traditional Thangka and Pauva motifs, I find solace in crafting unique compositions that resonate with meditative tranquility.

I'm Sabita Dangol, also known as the Comb Artist among art enthusiasts. Born in the vibrant heart of Kathmandu at Teku, I now call this city my creative sanctuary. My art journey revolves around contemporary themes, imbued with the intricate beauty of decorative figurative style. Inspired by the mesmerizing patterns of traditional Thangka and Pauva motifs, I find solace in crafting unique compositions that resonate with meditative tranquility.

Drawing influence from luminaries like Gustav Klimt and local talents such as Erina Tamrakar and Jasmine Rajbhandari, I strive to infuse my creations with a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.
